DEATH: RITA BOYLE NAZARUK, 78, of Freehold Township, died June 10 at home. Born in the Adelphia section of Howell, she had been a resident of Freehold Township for the past 45 years. A 1939 graduate of Freehold High School, Mrs. Nazaruk was a secretary for the Monmouth County Surrogate’s Office, Freehold, for 15 years, retiring in 1995. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. Surviving are her husband, Emil; three sons, James and John, both of Freehold Township, and David, of Gaston, S.C.; two daughters, Mary "Terry" Nazaruk and Rita Nazaruk, both of Freehold Township; two sisters, Anna Sweetman, of Freehold, and Bella Daley, of Yardley, Pa.; and two grandchildren. The funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold Township. The Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold, was in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 801 Broad St., Shrewsbury 07702, or to the Visiting Nurse Association Hospice, 141 Bodman Place, Red Bank 07701.
